One professional rate across approved services - no different hourly rate for each type of task.
Unused monthly time is credited toward your next month's invoice.

New Client - Getting Started
$225 initial payment (equal to five hours of professional support)
is required before work begins and is applied to your first-month services.
Your first month is intentionally flexible. Time is billed at $45/hour while I learn your business, establish access, understand your current processes, organize priorities, and begin providing support. Because every business is different, this allows us to determine your ongoing needs based on actual experience rather than guesswork.
If your first-month services exceed the initial $225 payment, the remaining balance is invoiced.
If less is used, the remaining amount stays as a credit on the following months invoice.

Ongoing Monthly Support
After the initial setup period, you can move into a prepaid Monthly Support Plan .
Based on the amount of ongoing help your business needs.
Simple Monthly Billing
Monthly Support Plans run from the first through the last day of each calendar month and are prepaid. Applicable unused-service credits are shown on the following month's invoice.
If you are approaching your monthly hours, I will make reasonable efforts to let you know before additional work is performed. Additional approved support is billed at $45/hour and is subject to availability.
Built for the Seasons of the Horse Industry
Horse businesses have busy seasons and slower seasons. If you use fewer hours than your monthly plan includes, the unused value is applied as a credit to your next month's invoice. You do not pay for hours that you do not use.
Example: A 10-hour plan is $450. If you use 8 hours during the month, the unused $90 is credited toward your next month's invoice. Your new month still begins with the full 10-hour allocation.
