I founded The Arena Office because I understand the unique challenges of running a horse business. Whether you're managing a training program, boarding facility, breed association, horse show, or nonprofit, your time is valuable—and it should be spent with your horses and your clients, not buried under paperwork.

With more than 30 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, operations, customer service, project management, and business administration, I've built a career helping organizations become more efficient, organized, and successful. Throughout my career, I've managed accounting functions, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, inventory, reporting, project coordination, process improvement initiatives, and executive administrative support.

My professional background includes leadership roles in manufacturing operations, office management, and continuous improvement, where I developed systems, improved business processes, coordinated projects, and supported executive teams. These experiences taught me how to solve problems, streamline operations, and create efficient systems that allow businesses to grow.

While my business experience is extensive, my passion has always been the horse industry.

I've been actively involved in horses for most of my life through 4-H, FFA, rodeo, horse shows, and breed associations. I've served as a horse show secretary, horse show manager, rodeo secretary, event organizer, marketer, and promoter. I've coordinated entries, scheduling, sponsorships, payouts, reporting, websites, advertising, and social media for equine events, giving me firsthand knowledge of the unique administrative needs of horse professionals.

The Arena Office brings these two worlds together, professional business expertise and a genuine understanding of the horse industry.
